Step1. Start with the Exporting process

  1. Open your IBM Notes and tap on the Open.
  2. Tap on the File andselect the option Exportfrom the menu.
  3. Then, choose a location for your file, next, pick from the drop-down, and choose the Comma Separated Value or Structure Text.
  4. Rename to your file and tap on the Export option.
